The Argon One V2 is a full cast aluminium case for a Raspberry Pi 4B that included an included fan and works effectively as a heat sink. The set up instructions are easy and described plainly. The thermal pads within the kit are enough to keep the SoC BCM2711B0 chip and RAM from overheating. The case allows for full access to GPIO pins and provides a power button that can be customised. The included documentation and configuration script are clear and easy to follow. One downside is that the fan is noisy even when it runs at 10% RPM, although a replacement fan may be an option. The daughterboard included is the only issue that may cause problems when connecting the Raspberry Pi with HDMI. Nonetheless, this can be fixed with a hotfix described on their website. Additionally, the HDMI ports fit tightly onto the unit, which may be difficult for some users. Overall, the Argon One V2 is a high-quality case that is easy to assemble and use.
